The composer and pianist Albert Guinovart presents Poems Without Words, his fifth monographic work published by Sony Classical and his second long-awaited monographic work for solo piano in which he performs his own compositions.

Poems Without Words was presented on June 22nd in one of the most prestigious and emblematic halls in the world, Carnegie Hall in New York. The concert, dedicated to the memory of Alicia de Larrocha, with whom Albert Guinovart had a close professional and admiring relationship, will also include works that the pianist performed in recitals around the world such as Granados' Valses Poéticos or Turina's Danzas Fantásticas, as well as a world premiere by Guinovart himself, Nocturne for Alicia, dedicated to the remembered Alicia de Larrocha.

Albert Guinovart embodies perfect synchrony between his different facets, highlighting his skill in composition, orchestration, teaching, and his proven ability as an interpreter of both the classical and romantic repertoire and his extensive piano catalog.

In the recording field, he has recorded numerous titles to date, over sixty, many of which have been released by prestigious record labels such as EMI, DECCA, Harmonía Mundi, and SONY Classical, both of the repertoire of which he is a reference, such as Joaquín Turina, Enric Granados, Isaac Albéniz, Joaquín Rodrigo, as well as his own compositions.
